Electrical Foreman Job Description

MKD Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our team of skilled electricians. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work of our job crew employees on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate electrical projects from start to finish
  • Supervise and train electrical crew members to ensure high-quality work
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Monitor and manage tool control and inventory
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician
  • 2 years of experience as an Industrial Foreman running ground-up/Shell & Core Construction projects
  • NCCER certified Industrial Electrician or Electrician State License
  • Ability to pass a DISA D/A test
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, walking, climbing, bending, and leaning for extended periods
