POSITION OVERVIEW
The Licensed Practical Nurse II, under the guidance of the Clinical Coordinator, healthcare providers, and Office Supervisor, is tasked with delivering exceptional patient care. This role emphasizes accessibility to patients, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of nursing practices, and fostering a collaborative environment with colleagues.
The LPN II is expected to uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from an accredited Professional Nursing Education Program is required. A valid LPN license to practice in the State of Vermont is mandatory. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
A minimum of one to three years of experience in hospital or office nursing is preferred.
This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement.
