As a Primary Therapist at Clementine, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing individual, group, and family therapy. Your expertise in counseling and therapy will be crucial in guiding our clients towards a path of recovery.

Clementine is a residential treatment program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Our program is designed to provide a safe and empathetic space for clients to work through their struggles and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team. If you are passionate about helping individuals overcome eating disorders and achieve a healthy lifestyle, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Serve as a liaison with families and outpatient providers
  • Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
  • Participate in discharge and aftercare planning
  • Provide safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client based on their unique circumstances

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related field
  • State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field
  • Experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is preferred
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
