Job Summary

Rosecrance Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Treatment Day Nurse LPN or RN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with substance use disorder and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized nursing care to clients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and services.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance the quality of care and services.
  • Adhere to Rosecrance's Medication Management Plan, ensuring safe and effective medication administration.
  • Provide education and support to clients, families, and staff on medical topics and health-related issues.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, community partners, and external providers.

Requirements:

  • A current Illinois RN license or LPN license.
  • Adequate written skills to complete required documentation within prescribed timeframes.
  • Ability to present and coordinate lectures for clients, staff, or community.
  • CPR training or completion within three months.
