Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Handyman Specialist to join our team at Strategic Properties LLC. The ideal candidate will have more than 7 years of experience in maintenance, AC, heaters, basic plumbing, and basic electric knowledge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Repairing major and minor issues with equipment and buildings in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Completing maintenance and repair work orders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ordering and replacing broken parts or equipment as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
