We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Archer Daniels Midland Company. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on process equipment, including inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostic testing.
- Use technical measuring tools and millwright hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
- Ensure all safety and GMP rules are followed while performing work.
- Support and comply with all food safety, quality, and legality requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and/or similar military environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
