Technical Expertise:
  • 15+ years of extensive experience in Mechanical Engineering design within the building services and construction sector.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of building codes and mechanical design principles.
  • Proven success in delivering projects across various sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and other MEP building systems, with the ability to address technical challenges effectively.
  • Expertise in high-performance building design using electrified solutions for both adaptive reuse and new construction.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification or equivalent is required.
  • LEED AP accreditation is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to sustainable design.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Revit and computational analysis tools for innovative and energy-efficient solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within an MEP Engineering Consultancy or similar field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Expertise in mentoring junior engineers to foster their growth and development.
  • Experience in business development and maintaining long-term client relationships is advantageous.
