- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
· A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline from an accredited institution, or equivalent laboratory training and experience as defined by regulatory standards.
· No prior experience is necessary for graduates of an accredited clinical laboratory training program, or one year of clinical laboratory experience, including rotations in key laboratory sections.
· Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) is required within one year of employment.
