$17 per hour

Overview
The Altair is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring our property remains safe and pristine for both residents and staff. Transitioning to a new role is a significant decision, and we are here to support you.

Key Responsibilities
Cleaning Duties:
- Execute general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the designated property.
- Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware.
- Dust and wipe surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors.
- Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.

Additional Tasks:
- Collect and dispose of trash from containers.
- Operate washing and drying machines as necessary.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Property Manager.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous.
- Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
- Previous housekeeping experience is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
