Job Overview

The Alpha Management Company is seeking a skilled Leasing Specialist to join its team. This role requires a strong understanding of the 4350.3 Procedures outlined by Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the waiting list, ensuring accurate information and timely follow-ups with applicants.
  • Process move-ins and move-outs efficiently, scanning, filing, and uploading necessary documents.
  • Communicate effectively with applicants, tenants, and staff regarding leasing and property-related matters.
  • Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports on vacancies, collections, and the waiting list.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of leasing experience, with a background in administrative or customer service.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • English/Spanish bilingualism is preferred.
