About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Housing Specialist to join our team at Alpha Management Company. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Description:

  • Review waiting list reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Follow up with applicants to provide timely updates on their status
  • Process move-ins and move-outs efficiently, adhering to established procedures
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of leasing activity, including scanning, filing, and uploading documents as required
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports on vacancies, collections, and waiting list status
  • Interact with applicants, tenants, and other stakeholders to provide assistance and resolve issues in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in multifamily housing leasing and compliance
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
