Position Overview

Compensation Structure

The salary is determined by a percentage of monthly billings, complemented by bonuses for achieving hourly targets. High-performing individuals have the potential to earn significantly above the standard salary range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on diverse legal matters
  • Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts
  • Assist in trial preparation, including hearings and depositions
  • Review and evaluate legal documents and agreements
  • Engage with clients, opposing counsel, and other involved parties
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and litigation
  • Provide sound legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution
  • Active admission to the state bar association
  • Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in drafting legal documents with accuracy and detail
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
