Sales Associate Pearle Vision

Job Summary:
The Sales Associate plays a critical role in delivering exceptional eye care experiences to patients in their neighborhood. This role involves cultivating existing customer relationships, building new ones, and providing outstanding sales and consultative skills to meet team goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Customer Service: Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
- Product Knowledge: Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
- Frame Selection: Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to provide the perfect vision solution.
- Measurement and Consultation: Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
- Store Environment: Participate in maintaining a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Appearance and Organization: Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
- Inclusive Culture: Treat customers and colleagues with respect, fostering an inclusive culture.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 1+ years in retail or customer service.
- Skills: Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
- Adaptability: Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
- Sales and Communication: Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
- Communication: Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
- Motivation and Flexibility: Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
