Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, observing and reporting health issues, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Working collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.
You will be rewarded with:
