PCA - Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team at TheraCare of New York. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to our residents in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Responsibilities:- Assist residents with personal hygiene needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Help with housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Ability to pass a physical examination and background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive hourly rate of $14-$16.00
