Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems and equipment to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform small repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs across the facility.
• Utilize trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and heating/cooling maintenance.
• Conduct daily inspections, including rounds for meter logging, fire extinguisher checks, and basic building systems monitoring.
• Assist with plumbing repairs, drain maintenance, and troubleshooting of kitchen equipment and HVAC systems.
• Perform general carpentry, furniture assembly, locksmith tasks, and lighting maintenance (cleaning fixtures, replacing bulbs, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain records of repairs and work orders, estimating materials and time required for each task.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment systems.
• Provide vendor escorts when needed and respond to client inquiries or complaints.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, escalating or summoning additional assistance as necessary.

Requirements:

Education:
High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:
Minimum of one year of related experience in a similar role or in a customer service position.
Basic experience working with tools, ideally in a handyman, maintenance, or facilities environment.

Skills:
Experience using hand tools and performing small repairs.
Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook) and basic skills using work order systems and PDAs.
