WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Pest Services System Specialist will be part of a dedicated team focused on a specific area of service related to the effective operation of food safety equipment within customer facilities. This role requires extensive knowledge of food safety equipment, strong troubleshooting abilities, and excellent customer interaction skills.
• Follow service protocols while assisting clients.
• Complete scheduled services punctually.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during service visits.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily reports and documentation.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment to meet safety and inspection standards.
• Participate in corporate training and company meetings as required.
• Uphold a neat and professional appearance.
YOUR MUST HAVES:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment in proper working condition.
OUR ENVIRONMENT:
This role involves working in various environments, both indoors and outdoors, where potentially hazardous conditions may exist (e.g., fire, chemicals, electrical sources, heights). Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required, and physical tasks may include twisting, squatting, bending, pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 50 lbs.
