About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer - Water/Wastewater to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The successful candidate will have a strong background in water resources engineering and excellent communication skills.

The job involves providing engineering design services for water and wastewater treatment plants, including upgrades, replacements, and retrofits. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide water engineering design services, including helping clients with water treatment plant upgrades and replacing lead service lines
  • Provide wastewater engineering design services, including retrofitting wastewater treatment plants and correcting effluent exceedances
  • Apply standard practices and techniques in specific situations, adjusting and correlating data, recognizing discrepancies in results, and following standard office procedures through a series of related detailed steps or processes
  • Draft reports, prepare plans, assist with specifications, and make preliminary equipment selections
  • Work with clients to gather data or share information

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with EIT certification
  • A minimum of 3-7+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering projects
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience
