About the Role

As a Licensed Psychologist, you will play a vital role in the growth and development of our healthcare company. You will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations and overseeing treatment planning for patients receiving ABA therapy. Your expertise will be utilized to research, develop, and implement clinical programs that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly diagnostic evaluations for children referred due to autism concerns through clinical interviewing, observations, and standardized measures
  • Provide direct services with individual, family, group services, and psychological evaluations
  • Monitor evidence-based clinical care models, standards, guidelines, and exceed expectations
  • Engage in the design and implementation of clinical outcomes studies and performance improvements
  • Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies
Requirements
  1. Doctoral degree and licensed in the state applicable as a Psychologist
  2. Proficiency with screenings/diagnostic assessments including ADOS, ADI-R, Sensory Profile, Vineland, and CARS
  3. Expertise in case conceptualization and report writing
  4. Compassion, self-sufficient, problem solver, effective communicator, and detail-oriented
