At VCA, we understand the crucial role that the Client Relations Specialist plays in our operations. This position often serves as the initial point of contact for clients seeking care for their cherished pets, making it essential to deliver the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to phone inquiries to assist clients with appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and payment processing.
- Coordinating and confirming client appointments.
- Guiding clients through various payment methods available, including cash, credit, and pet insurance processing.
- Maintaining accurate medical records, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensuring the facility remains clean and organized, including basic maintenance tasks.
- Assisting with financial matters, including accounts receivable and outstanding invoices.
