Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will respond to residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, and wind damage, assessing the extent of the damage, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring that the affected areas are restored to their pre-damaged condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review daily work orders to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of time.
  • Identify and locate damage in client facilities, preparing for demolition if necessary, and repairing or replacing materials and frames to restore the property to its pre-damaged condition.
  • Clean up work areas to ensure safety and cleanliness, and properly maintain and store tools and equipment for efficient use.
  • Assess the extent of the damage and perform water extraction as part of the restoration process, following all safety regulations and best practices to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Drive company vehicles and maintain a valid driver's license to respond to emergency calls and travel to different job sites.
  • Complete the Daily Field Sheet packets and document work using the company's software.
  • Be available for on-call rotation, including nights and weekends, to provide 24/7 emergency response.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current WRT/ASD Certification (preferred)
  • Must follow all safety regulations
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Must undergo a pre-employment screening
