Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for greeting and touring guests, building relationships, and engaging guests in their areas of interest.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Work closely with the Membership Sales Manager to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Build relationships with guests and identify opportunities to engage them in our services.
  • Complete follow-up calls to ensure guest satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A clear passion for fitness and a strong desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or health-related industry.
