We are seeking skilled Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Specialists to become part of our Inpatient team. For further details about our MRI services, please inquire.


Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:
$36.44 to $58.30 per hour, commensurate with experience and education

Retention Incentive:
$30,000 Retention Bonus

Relocation Support:
up to $7,500 for relocation expenses

Temporary Housing: 90 Days of Temporary Housing Provided

Additional Compensation:

Available Shifts:

  • 3 Fulltime positions, 36 hours per week, 3x12 hour shifts

Shift Differentials:
$2.00/hr. for Weekend shifts, $2.50/hr. for Evening shifts, $3.50/hr. for Night shifts

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct procedures by adhering to and confirming orders from referring providers. Utilize independent judgment and apply learned methodologies according to established protocols.

Provide education to patients and families regarding procedures and treatments. Exhibit professionalism in all interactions, fostering teamwork and ensuring quality patient outcomes.

Generate high-quality imaging and prepare documentation for timely interpretation. Maintain accurate records.

Demonstrate proficiency in performing prescribed invasive/interventional procedures in accordance with established policies.

Conduct and assess equipment quality control measures. Troubleshoot issues and notify appropriate personnel to ensure optimal equipment performance. Maintain a safe environment for all.

Uphold ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities associated with radiology practice, including confidentiality of all work-related information.

Ensure efficient workflow within the department. Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels to prevent service interruptions.

Adhere to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while providing exceptional service to all clients of Foundation Health.

Qualifications:
Completion of a certificate or diploma from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

National certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensure by the relevant state agency is required. Advanced certification in specialty areas must be obtained within 18 months of hire if applicable. BLS certification is mandatory.

This role necessitates clinical knowledge typically acquired through 2 years of experience. Candidates must exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and solve problems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Additional relevant education and/or experience is preferred.
