We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our Outpatient Imaging team at AdventHealth DeLand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing mammographic imaging procedures, assisting radiologists in biopsies and other procedures, and providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Perform mammographic imaging procedures, including X-ray and DEXA imaging as needed
- Assist radiologists in biopsies and other procedures
- Position, move, and assist patients as needed
- Obtain patient history and perform clerical duties
- Perform basic patient care within scope of practice and to departmental standards
- Completion of accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) certifications
- State of Florida license in Radiography
- Ability to read, write, and speak conversational English
