Client Services Associate

Position Overview:

This role is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to clients of THIRD COAST BANK, addressing inquiries, and aiding in the effective use of banking products and services. The Client Services Associate will also facilitate the opening and management of accounts, support the branch management team, and ensure accurate maintenance of client records. Adherence to all banking policies and regulations is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to assist in the establishment of new accounts
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of banking products and services
  • Promote additional products and services to clients
  • Process financial transactions and assist with ATM/Debit card services and check requests
  • Ensure cash drawer is balanced and comply with banking standards

Safe Deposit Box Management:

  • Facilitate the opening and closing of safe deposit boxes for clients
  • Maintain accurate client files
  • Stay informed about current banking policies and procedures

Work Environment:

This position operates within a professional office setting and involves various physical and cognitive demands.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • At least one year of experience in a teller role; two years in new accounts is preferred
  • Familiarity with banking compliance regulations
  • Proficient in computer operations and software applications
