As the Director, Product Marketing - Creative, you will own developing go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth for our Creative offering.

In this role, you will work closely with Product, Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure that clients and prospects alike understand the value of Creative in digital advertising. Your experience of analyzing product adoption and your understanding of the competitive landscape will allow you to build strategies that ensure the success of our clients as well as attract the attention of prospects.

Your role will be global with ownership over go-to-market planning for key product launches and customer verticals. As a Director, Product Marketing - Creative, you will be responsible for developing key go-to-market themes, defining new opportunities alongside our Product Managers and Commercial teams, and collaborating with our Training and Enablement teams to launch and scale our creative solutions.

You will take the lead on bringing our Creative offering to market and be responsible for creating compelling messaging, positioning, and closely collaborating with our Sales Enablement lead to train our commercial team on how to sell our creative tools. You will represent and analyze advertiser needs, the rapidly evolving ad eco-system, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions, positioning, and go-to-market plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth for our Creative offering
  • Working closely with Product, Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure client and prospect understanding of Creative in digital advertising
  • Representing and analyzing advertiser needs, the rapidly evolving ad eco-system, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions, positioning, and go-to-market plans
  • Closely collaborating with our Sales Enablement lead to train our commercial team on how to sell our creative tools
  • Conducting product marketing data analysis, gathering and interpreting data, and presenting it in a clear and actionable manner
  • Identifying success metrics and proactively measuring the results of your strategies and initiatives to continuously iterate and maximize results
  • Communicating new product features and updates to internal teams to ensure they have the information needed to capitalize on the release
  • Establishing a clear understanding of our clients' needs, product offerings, and competitive landscape to ensure product strategies align with market demand
  • Researching our clients and prospects, gathering their feedback, and becoming an expert in their pain points and how to speak to them
  • Own competitor research in your area and educating others in the company on their differentiators and how to market against them

Requirements include:

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in the advertising technology space either in creative technology or media
  • Passionate storyteller with a proven ability to create messaging and narratives that stand out in the market
  • Proven track record executing product marketing strategies, building GTM plans, and positioning that had impactful results
  • Analytical approach to decide which opportunities to pursue and the project management skills required to oversee key cross-functional initiatives
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to move fluently between details and the big picture
  • Track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies, including developing pricing and packaging strategies and understanding the market opportunity
  • Exceptional project management and collaboration skills in a high-paced, cross-functional, global environment

Base pay range for this position is $160,000 - $210,000 per year, plus annual bonus. We take into consideration an individual's background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary.
