Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding service to members and guests by performing top-tier treatments Develop and recommend tailored treatment plans based on the client's skincare objectives Engage in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars Meet sales targets as established by spa management Foster a positive experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful demeanor Attract new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships Assist in maintaining professionalism and cleanliness of treatment rooms and communal areas
