Physical Therapy Services Manager

**Job Summary**
The County of Los Angeles is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapy Services Manager to lead our team of physical therapists and therapy assistants in providing exceptional patient care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the physical therapy services in several treatment units or programs within an acute, rehabilitation, or psychiatric hospital or clinic.
**Responsibilities**
- Analyze and evaluate physical therapy programs to assess the quality of patient care and identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise subordinate therapists with a caseload of patients with varied diagnoses and complexity levels.
- Perform physical therapy assessment, evaluation, and treatment to provide patient care and demonstrate proper techniques.
**Requirements**
- Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum acceptable to the Commission on Accreditation on Physical Therapy Education of the American Physical Therapy Association and approved by the Physical Therapy Board of California.
- Five years of experience in the practice of physical therapy, two years of which must have been at the level of, or comparable to Physical Therapy Supervisor I or higher.
