About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled General Dentist to join our clinical team. As an oral health provider, you will work closely with physicians, advanced practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, and support staff in a team-based approach to patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality-focused oral health care services to patients from diverse backgrounds
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in dentistry
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited school of dentistry
  • A valid license to practice dentistry in the State of Wisconsin
  • An active DEA Certificate
Preferred Qualifications:

We prefer candidates with:

  • Local knowledge and connections to community health care and social resources
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills
  • Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary of $190,000+ DOE
  • A sign-on/retention bonus of $50,000 for a 3-year commitment
