Job Overview

Essential Duties:

  • Document services provided daily in the required time frame and format.

Requirements:

  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Ability to maintain open, respectful, and clear communication with participants, families, and supervisors.
  • Must pass WI caregiver background check.
  • Reliable vehicle (unless determined exempt with HR).
