  • Perform oil changes and replace oil filters for cars and light trucks

  • Lubricate front-end components as required
  • Execute comprehensive vehicle inspections utilizing a checklist for potential issues such as belts, hoses, and brakes
  • Safely maneuver customer vehicles in and out of service areas
  • Foster positive relationships with customers
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and workspaces are clean and operational
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and tidy work environment
  • Uphold a professional demeanor that reflects the values of our organization, consistently demonstrating trust, honesty, and respect

Qualifications

We seek candidates who possess:

  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in basic automotive care preferred but not mandatory
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to thrive in a team setting
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • A valid driver's license
  • The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities with a commitment to building long-term relationships
  • Willingness to work on weekends

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and stooping
