Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of investment consultants in providing exceptional client service and delivering high-quality investment advice.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial planning and investment services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Manage and develop a team of investment consultants, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Minimum 11-14 years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in investment consultation and portfolio management.
- Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) designation required.
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 required, with Series 24 obtained within 6 months of hire.
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Advanced technical aptitude, analytical, and critical skills, with expertise in systems thinking, planning, and organizing.
