About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Administrator to join our team at dnata catering U.S. in JFK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the inflight catering operations, ensuring efficient delivery logistics, and building strong relationships with airline clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with airline clients to ensure efficient delivery logistics
  • Manage inventory and maintain quality control standards
  • Handle last-minute changes or special requests
  • Provide excellent customer service daily
  • Comply with all HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma with six plus years of progressive customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
  • Must have driver's license
  • Ability to lift and push heavy objects, racks, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Work safely to prevent accidents to self and coworkers
