Medical Surgical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Nurse to join our team at Providence Seaside Hospital. As a Medical Surgical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and evidence-based care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- One (1) year Nursing experience.
