Field Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Technician to join our team at DISH. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining our TV and smart home solutions.

• Install and configure DISH TV and smart home systems in customers' homes
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Travel to customer locations to perform installations and repairs
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
