Maintenance Technician

Under general supervision, the Maintenance C position at Archer-Daniels-Midland Company - ADM is responsible for building, maintaining, and repairing production equipment for all departments as required. This role involves ensuring the reliability, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related problems and improve overall plant efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of plant equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with relevant experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
