Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technician
- Preferred clinical experience of one to two years
- RRT certification required
- Experience with C-ARM technology is essential
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for various radiological examinations
- Operate radiological machinery to produce diagnostic x-ray images as instructed by healthcare providers
- Utilize image-Gently equipped X-Ray technology to minimize radiation exposure, particularly for pediatric patients
- Assess specific procedure requests to identify necessary materials and supplies
- Organize and stock procedure rooms and trays with required items
- Accurately document patient concerns, messages, and care provided in the patient's medical record for physician review
- Sterilize and package surgical instruments
- Assist with inventory management, supply ordering, and restocking
- Administer medications as directed by the physician and perform precise vital sign measurements and documentation
