Job Summary:
The Houseperson serves as a supporting role to the housekeeping team, providing assistance with preparing units for cleaning, maintaining linen supplies, and ensuring a clean environment for guests. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare units for cleaning by restocking linens, amenities, and supplies
- Deliver linen, paper products, and unit amenities to guest rooms
- Strip and make beds, and assist with cleaning as needed
- Remove trash from units and floors
- Coordinate and create linen and amenities bags
- Receive, sort, fold, and collect soiled linen
- Organize, clean, and maintain stock levels of department storage areas
- Deliver requested items to guest units (irons, coffee, paper products, kitchen utensils, etc.)
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude
- Valid driver's license

Compensation:
Generally starting at $19.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
