The Associate Director, Actuarial Analytics/Forecasting role at Humana presents a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our actuarial analytics and forecasting efforts. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs/issues, troubleshoot problems, conduct root cause analysis, and develop cost-effective resolutions for data anomalies.

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
FSA or ASA plus relevant advanced degree, extensive work experience, and/or other relevant professional designations
Demonstrated leadership capability, having led sizable staff before
Experience in leading other human capital leaders
Strong communication skills
Experience in more than three functions (e.g., modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting & analysis, reserving or trending) and more than one product
