About the RoleAs a RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator Special Procedures, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care in your unit. You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of your unit's patients, instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions, maintain and review patients' records, and administer medications in accordance with physician orders. You will also provide leadership to your nursing team during your designated shift.
Requirements- Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN Preferred
- American Heart Association BLS
- ACLS required in the following units: Progressive Care, ICU, PACU, Cath Lab, and ER
- PALS or ENPC required within 6 months of hire/transfer in the following units: ER and PACU
- CPI is required within 3 months of hire/transfer in the following units: Behavioral Health
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care setting preferred
