Job Title: Finishing Specialist B

PCX Aerosystems is a leading supplier of flight-critical mechanical systems and structures to top aerospace OEMs and the US Government.

We are seeking a skilled Finishing Specialist B to join our team in Newington, Connecticut. As a Finishing Specialist B, you will be responsible for performing complex polishing and finishing operations on production or overhaul and repair parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work from drawings, sketches, and computer-generated information to plan polishing, finishing, or re-work operations.
  • Perform precise chamfering operations on parts without damaging other critical dimensions.
  • Use precision measuring instruments to gage critical dimensions and tolerance limits.
  • Actively participate in Lean production and Continuous Improvement projects to drive efficiency improvements.
  • Work safely at all times and participate in safety improvement initiatives.

  • First shift, full-time position.
  • Located in PCX Aerosystems, Newington.
