Precision Scans Inc is seeking a dedicated Nurse Recruiter to enhance our recruitment efforts. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a passion for connecting healthcare professionals with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate essential applicant information, including licensing and certification requirements, background checks, and drug screenings.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process while clearly communicating requirements to candidates.
  • Contribute to various departmental initiatives and recommend innovative approaches to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Identify staffing needs and manage hiring practices effectively.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with management to assess the success of recruitment strategies.
  • Plan, coordinate, and assess recruitment and retention programs for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs).
  • Prepare detailed staffing reports, spreadsheets, and memos.
  • Provide accurate analytics regarding recruitment and retention, including vacancy and turnover statistics.
  • Develop and refine processes to enhance recruitment outcomes.
  • Work closely with Administrative Officers to ensure effective communication regarding staffing requirements.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: Nursing associate's or bachelor's degree.
  • Must hold a current RN license in California or a compact state, along with current CPR certification.
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in high-volume recruiting, preferably in nursing or clinical settings.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, legalities, and ethical standards in recruitment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail in branding and marketing open positions.
