Job Title: SailPoint Developer

Job Summary:

As a SailPoint Developer at Syntricate Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint IIQ solutions to meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of SailPoint IIQ and its capabilities, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Gather requirements from business stakeholders and convert them into technical details.
• Analysis and Resolution: Find the root cause of production incident tickets and fix issues. Maintain the Run-book with technical documentation of SailPoint IIQ projects.
• Enhancements: Enhance Out-of-the-Box functionality according to client requirements and push changes to production. Improve UI and modify existing certifications as needed.
• Design for Solution: Work with business clients to understand user requirements and design solutions that fit into SailPoint IIQ without disrupting existing functionality.
• Development: Gather information about end applications and create provisioning rules to automate access and removal of access from SailPoint. Modify or create new workflows for Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes.
• Maintenance: Archive old work items, audit events, and identity snapshots in a separate database for future retrieval.
• Role Management: Develop account selector rules to automate role/entitlement routing based on custom client requirements. Configure bundle workflows according to client needs.
• Application Onboarding: Migrate bulk users from different banners without changing user access using SailPoint IIQ tools and correlation rules. Bring users and user-related groups into SailPoint IIQ via Onboarding applications.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. Experience with SailPoint IIQ, AWS, and DevOps is important. Knowledge of API Gateway and shared services like Kong is also beneficial.
