Job Title: CT Technologist Radiology

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at CrossMed Allied. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in CT scanning and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for preparing patients for scans, operating the CT scanner, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body
  • Prepare patients for scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment and patient areas
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in CT scanning
  • Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, pushing, bending, and pulling
  • Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
