Bowling Lane Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bowling Lane Attendant to join our team at Entertainment Promotions. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately sell and assign bowling lanes, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Turn over lanes quickly, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum guest satisfaction.
• Understand and resolve simple errors with our bowling lane machines, providing excellent customer service.
• Keep the bowling area stocked and clean, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Assist guests with lane issues, providing clear and concise instructions.
• Clean and maintain shoes, bowling balls, and lanes, adhering to high standards of quality.
• Valet guests to lanes and assist with setup, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Manage a wait list program, prioritizing guest satisfaction and minimizing wait times.
• Assist with fun card purchases and operate a point of sale terminal, demonstrating basic cash handling skills.
• Support other areas of the business as needed, working collaboratively with team members.
• Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance, representing Entertainment Promotions with pride.

Requirements:

• Standing for long periods, frequent bending, and turning, with the ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and communicating effectively with guests and team members.

Special Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old and obtain training certification per company policy.
