Position Overview

We are seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to become an integral part of our team. This role will report to various leadership positions and will be responsible for conducting on-site assessments of clients, developing tailored service plans in alignment with authorizations, and performing additional field visits as required.

  • Conduct scheduled visits and provide daily updates to the scheduling team.
  • Engage in the recruitment, hiring, training, and oversight of attendants.
  • Complete necessary documentation, attach it to the Daily Visit Report, and submit it to the office within 48 hours of the visit.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of two years of full-time education at an accredited institution, or individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) may substitute one year of full-time supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based organization for each required year of education.
  • Experience in Personal Home Care (PHC) and Managed Care (MC) is preferred.
