Field Supervisor Home Care

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Field Supervisor to join our team at AccentCare. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising care partners and ensuring that services are provided to clients in accordance with individualized service plans and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete required quality in-home Compliance visits, which involve traveling to multiple clients' homes nearly every day/week.
- Lead First Aid and CPR certification classes, including becoming certified in First Aid-CPR yourself and training others.
- Lead New Hire Caregiver Orientation and training, which includes meeting with new clients and identifying their needs.
- Complete new client Opening paperwork, which involves meeting with new clients, identifying their needs, and identifying preferred visit cadence.
- Work in a field-based role, with local travel of up to 50-60% and the need for a dependable vehicle, car insurance, and a valid driver's license.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, or sixty hours of college credit.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions and be sensitive to the needs of the aged and disabled.
- Knowledge of all State requirements under the Primary Home Care Program.
- Ability to handle crisis situations and do problem-solving intervention.
- Ability to process time-sensitive material in a timely manner.
