Nuclear Medicine Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform procedures under the direction of a radiologist. The ideal candidate will have a formal Nuclear Medicine program certificate or degree, IEMA License in Nuclear Medicine, and ARRT(NM) or NMTCB registry. Additionally, they will maintain Basic Life Support certification.

This role involves complying with ALARA and regulatory requirements to provide safe and appropriate care for patients. The successful candidate will have one year of Nuclear Medicine experience, preferably.

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will work in a dynamic environment, rotating between OSF SFMC and the OSF Cancer Institute. The OSF HealthCare Cancer Institute offers patients access to transformative technology, including diagnostic imaging and treatments. The position is part of a team committed to delivering highly personalized, compassionate, and revolutionary cancer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures under the direction of a radiologist.
  • Comply with ALARA and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain Basic Life Support certification.

Requirements:

  • Formal Nuclear Medicine program certificate or degree.
  • IEMA License in Nuclear Medicine.
