Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Data Modeling Specialist to lead the design and implementation of our large-scale system modernization effort. This role will focus on target/destination-state data modeling and design work, requiring expertise in traditional logical and physical modeling, as well as detailed analysis of requirements and existing systems.

This is a challenging business domain with complex systems and processes, ideal for Sr. level professionals with 10-20 years of experience in large, complex team-based modeling. The successful candidate will have experience working in gray space, defining options for solving complex problems, and thinking strategically about system design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage data modeling expertise to drive modernization efforts
  • Analyze and absorb vast information about legacy systems
  • Develop forward-thinking designs for data structures and APIs


The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to analyze complex systems, and think creatively about problem-solving. Experience with financial services/lending and modeling for streaming is a plus. Estimated salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year.
