Position: Plastic Surgeon - Microsurgeon

Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all breast reconstructive surgeries conducted within the residency clinic.
This role entails a commitment of one day per week dedicated to mentoring residents on upcoming surgical cases and overseeing reconstructive procedures.
Additionally, the role includes a full day each week focused on staffing breast surgeries, consulting with residents on new breast patients, and contributing to patient care strategies.
The candidate will also play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of the breast reconstruction program, aiming to improve patient access and surgical outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education: Medical Degree (MD or DO)
Certification: Board-eligible or Board-certified in Plastic Surgery with specialized training in Microsurgery.
Eligible candidates should possess or be on track for certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Work Environment:
